I started training with Tara in January because I wanted to add some personal training on top of my regular workouts. I already thought I was pretty fit. Apparently I wasn’t. Since then I have come so far with my fitness - smashing some serious PBs and noticing changes in my body I’d never seen before and I owe so much of it to her. Tara is such an inspiration and she’s constantly encouraging me to challenge myself. She pushes me that little bit further than I think I can go and makes me want to leave with jelly legs. Apart from anything else, she’s such a kind-hearted person and I just love her to bits! I’ve enjoyed my sessions with Tara so much that I talked my brother into training as well? So many stars. Tara so kindly took my sister Cassandra on for 1-on-1 personal training. Cassandra has Autism so requires a little bit of extra help and patience. Tara was absolutely fantastic with Cassandra. She programmed exercises that were able to not only push Cassandra but kept her engaged, while also just having a ton of fun.

Cassie loved going to see Tara every week and Tara was a big help in building Cassandra’s independence as she made her feel so strong and so confident with the equipment and just being in a gym environment.

 I’ve been doing the Tara’s online program for a number of months now and I’ve seen the biggest changes (for the best) in my fitness since I started! I’m a lot stronger, my technique has improved massively, and I feel great mentally and physically. The workouts are challenging and push me to go harder and harder each week - and for that I’m grateful! Tara’s programs are killer!!! I did a group 8week program and could honestly feel myself getting stronger and fitter each week. The workouts were challenging and some days I doubted that I would even finish but man the satisfaction when you complete each day is unreal!! So excited for the app.

Tara a dynamic ass kicker

I just love the way she designs the workouts, it’s so dynamic. No workout is the same and she doesn’t use one winning system or gimmick. She mixes all type of training systems and methods together. Just totally awesome.  It really sparks your fire and desire to be better then yesterday.

Motivational speakers always talk about “embrace the suck factor or keep grinding”. That’s not how I see Tara’s workouts, it’s always a pleasure and nice surprise what tomorrow’s workouts brings. But don’t mistake this for a cakewalk training, ooooo no!!!

I’m feeling so good now, although i’ve only just teamed up with Tara for 5 weeks or so. It already made an impeccable impression. Together with her macros/supplement plan i felt much more energetic within the first week. And i noticed that my energy levels during a workout doesn’t plummet. 

I’m soo stoked about the way my body is adopting to the workouts and the changes it already made. You literally keep noticing differences each week, it’s really motivating to experience this. I can’t wait to see what next month brings and the month after that!

Besides al this, she’s easy to talk to or very approachable for advice. Just an awesome person overall.
